A learning opportunity build a solid foundation for beginners and help advanced practitioners take their yoga practice to the next level. During this workshop we will:

  • Understand the “why” behind Yoga
  • Experience what sets yoga apart from all other types of exercise
  • ​Feel and move through the alignment and variations of several poses & transitions found in a vinyasa sequence 
  • Establish a solid connection with the breath
  • ​Learn how to build a sequence and create a space for home practice
  • Plenty of time for Q&A​

VINYASA FUNDAMENTALS

Build a strong foundation for your practice with this fundamental flow focusing on breath, alignment, and the how-tos for building the poses taught frequently in vinyasa classes. (Vinyasa = 1 breath = 1 movement)

Breath, foundation, alignment: this is an all levels vinyasa flow done in a slower more foundational way with plenty of opportunities for modifications to make this class accessible for everyone!

​PEACEFUL WARRIOR
A Warriors at Ease style yoga class created specifically for active duty military, veterans and first responders. This style of yoga has been proven to decrease chronic pain, stress, and anxiety while increasing physical and mental flexibility while regulating and calming the central nervous system. No yoga experience necessary and accessible for all bodies.
  • ​CLASS 1 - a 30 min grounding practice 
  • CLASS 2 - a full 75 min practice (please start by lying on your back)
  • CLASS 3 - a full 75 min practice 
  • CLASS 4 - a full 75 min practice​
