The benefits of working one on one with a teacher you trust are endless. There's so many opportunities to learn what does and doesn't work for your body on and off the mat. Sessions are usually 90 minutes and can be as often as twice a week or once a month. While 4-8 sessions are recommended, single sessions are available as well.
I've brought yoga into everywhere from classrooms, corporate offices, and military bases to college campuses and bachelorette parties by the pool. No matter what the celebration or cause, e v e r y o n e benefits from connecting with the present moment, their breath, and their bodies. Whether it's screaming kids, super stressed out and over-worked adults, too cool for school teenagers, or hungover 30 somethings, I show up with the intention of teaching to the room and meeting everyone where they're at - even if they don't really want to be there. I'm always grateful for the experience and to all the school principals, wellness-valuing bosses, athletic directors, staff sergeants, and maids of honors who trust the process and bring me in.
Reiki is healing energy work. An experience designed to bring relaxation and healing on multiple levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Experienced as what some describe as a nice warmth or tingling, Reiki promotes overall wellbeing and makes you feel good! Most clients experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace after receiving a Reiki treatment. While Reiki can be experienced from a distance, my services are offered in person at 30-45 minute sessions.
